This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of TrumpBot.online regardless of country of residence. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data," and applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions including South Korea (PIPA), Japan (APPI), China (PIPL), and Brazil (LGPD).

1. About This Site

TrumpBot.online ("Site", "we", "us") is an informational website that tracks and analyzes publicly available information about U.S. trade policy. The Site does not offer any services requiring registration, does not collect forms, and does not maintain user accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from visitors.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

TrumpBot.online does not collect, store, or process the following data:

Names, surnames, or usernames
Email addresses or phone numbers
Payment or financial data

Location data beyond approximate country/region derived from IP

3. Data Collected Automatically

When you visit TrumpBot.online, certain technical data is collected automatically through third-party analytics services and standard server infrastructure.

3.1 Analytics via Yandex.Metrika

This Site uses Yandex.Metrika (provided by Yandex LLC and/or Yandex Europe AG, hereinafter "Yandex"), an analytics service that collects the following data about your visit:

IP address (transmitted to Yandex; may be truncated per Yandex settings)
Browser type and version, operating system
Pages visited, time spent, scroll depth, click maps
Referring URL (where you came from before this Site)
Screen resolution, device type
Session recordings (WebVisor): Yandex.Metrika is configured with WebVisor enabled, which records mouse movements, scrolling behavior, and on-screen interactions during your session. These recordings are used solely to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve usability.

3.2 Server Logs

Our web server (Nginx) automatically records standard access logs containing: IP address, request path, HTTP status code, timestamp, and user-agent string. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and error diagnosis and are not used for profiling or marketing.

4. Cookies

TrumpBot.online uses cookies set by Yandex.Metrika. We do not set first-party cookies. Full details of all cookies used, their purposes, and how to opt out are provided in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use this Site, you acknowledge the use of analytics cookies as described.

5. Third-Party Data Processor: Yandex

Yandex LLC (Russia) and/or Yandex Europe AG (Switzerland) act as a data processor and independent data controller with respect to analytics data collected via Yandex.Metrika. TrumpBot.online does not have access to individual-level data collected by Yandex — we access only aggregated, anonymized reports within the Yandex.Metrika dashboard. Data requests related to Yandex.Metrika processing must be directed to Yandex directly per their privacy policy.

6. Future Advertising Networks

TrumpBot.online may in the future display advertisements through third-party networks (such as Google AdSense, Yandex Direct, or similar services). Such networks may set their own cookies and collect their own data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. This Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before any advertising network is activated. Users will be able to opt out of personalized advertising via standard industry mechanisms (e.g., Google Ad Settings, NAI opt-out).

7. Legal Basis for Processing

European Union / EEA (GDPR)

Processing of analytical data via Yandex.Metrika is performed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests of the Site owner in understanding website performance and improving content quality. Users may object to this processing (see Section 8 below). If you are an EU/EEA resident and believe the legitimate interest basis is not applicable, you may request restriction of processing.

Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ)

To the extent Russian data protection law applies, analytical data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent implied by voluntary use of the Site (Article 6, Part 1, Paragraph 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent and to exercise rights described in Section 8. Since analytics processing is carried out by Yandex — a Russian legal entity — data processing complies with localization requirements of Article 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Other Jurisdictions

For visitors from South Korea (PIPA), Japan (APPI), Brazil (LGPD), China (PIPL), and other jurisdictions with data protection laws, we process only technically necessary analytical data through a recognized third-party service (Yandex.Metrika). We do not transfer personal data to unauthorized parties, do not engage in profiling for automated decision-making, and do not sell personal data in any jurisdiction.

Since TrumpBot.online itself holds no personal data, GDPR requests regarding analytics should be directed to Yandex per their policy and opt-out mechanisms.

TrumpBot.online does not sell personal information to any third party. Analytics data transmitted to Yandex is used solely for site analytics and is not sold.

Russian Federation Residents (152-FZ)

Data subjects have the right to access, clarify, block, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent to data processing. Since analytics data is processed by Yandex, requests should be made directly through Yandex's established channels at https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/.

Other Jurisdictions

Visitors from South Korea, Japan, Brazil, China, and other jurisdictions may exercise equivalent rights under their applicable local laws by contacting Yandex directly as the analytics data processor.

9. International Data Transfers

Yandex.Metrika may transfer analytical data internationally, including between Russia, Switzerland (Yandex Europe AG), and other countries. Yandex implements appropriate cross-border transfer mechanisms under applicable law. TrumpBot.online does not independently transfer personal data across borders.

10. Data Retention

Yandex.Metrika analytics data: retained per Yandex's default settings (up to 1 year for standard analytics; session recordings may be retained for a shorter period)
Server access logs: retained up to 30 days, then automatically deleted
TrumpBot.online itself retains no personal data

11. Children's Privacy

TrumpBot.online is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13 (as defined by U.S. COPPA) or under 16 (as defined by GDPR for online services). If you believe a minor has provided data through this Site, please contact Yandex per their privacy policy to request deletion.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were most recently made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
